ANDREW COLDICUTT LAW

Andrew Coldicutt was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Arts in 2004. He then reflected on his life experiences and with the consultation from family and friends decided he would move to San Diego, California and go to law school. Andrew then graduated from law school in 2007 and passed the 2008 California Bar Exam.

 

Andrew Coldicutt has many years of experience counseling both private and public companies beginning from a consulting perspective then moving to a legal perspective after he became an attorney.  Andrew founded his law office in 2010, specializing in Securities Compliance (Securities Act of 1933; as Amended; Securities Exchange Act of 1934) and Corporate Governance.  Throughout his career he has assisted many companies in their going public process, from private placement offerings, to registered offerings with the SEC, and then keeping those companies compliant with their Securities and Exchange reporting requirements.

 

Mr. Coldicutt also has a strong network of service providers for all sizes of companies. He can help find bookkeepers who can prepare Securities and Exchange quality financials, PCAOB auditors that can tailor their fees to the size and type of company that they are auditing, Edgarizers & XBRL formatting specialists for corporate filings and resident agents as requested or needed.

Andrew Coldicutt’s practice focuses on, but is not limited to, securities compliance for public companies or companies that are on the path to going public. He assists companies by creating a path to achieve the goal that the companies would like to achieve, and then goes beyond by walking his clients down that path making sure that they are prepared for trials and tribulations of that journey to ensure that they make it to their desired destination.
